Peter G. Simony, the Managing
Director was a chef/patron of a very successful French restaurant
in NW London for 17 years, which was highly acclaimed in many of
the food guides. He sold up and moved on in 1990.
He first uncovered the
“PromoCards Concept” in 1998 and has been continually
developing the concept, the product and the company ever since.
In 2001 he identified a lucrative
“Marketing
Blind Spot” that was apparent in most
good companies and started to design the PromoCards to take advantage
of it.
We initially specialised in working with restaurants,
because of Peter’s particular understanding of them. It soon
became clear that the “PromoCards
Concept” was beneficial for many other types of businesses,
especially companies that recognised that “Recommendations”
are an important ingredient to their business.
PromoCards have now helped
businesses in many industry sectors by creating an “Innovate
Marketing Tool” which acts as a “Hook”
to their website, for more information and optimises the amount
recommendation they receive.
