1 ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS

1.1. No order submitted by You via the Website shall be deemed to constitute a contract between You and PromoCards unless and until accepted by PromoCards in writing.

1.2. You shall be solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Your order submitted to PromoCards.

1.3. PromoCards reserves the right to make any changes to the Goods which are required to conform with any applicable statutory or EC requirements or, where the Goods are to be supplied to PromoCards' specification, which do not materially affect their quality or performance.

2. PRICE OF THE GOODS

2.1. The price of the Goods shall be the price set out on this Website at the time You place Your order online.

2.2. PromoCards reserves the right, by giving You notice at any time before PromoCards accepts Your order, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to PromoCards which is due to any factor beyond the control of PromoCards, including, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture, any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which is requested by You, or any delay caused by Your instructions or Your failure to give PromoCards adequate information or instructions.

2.3. The prices of the Goods set out on the Website exclude any delivery charge which You will be liable to pay in addition to the price of the Goods.

2.4. The prices set out on the Website are exclusive of VAT.
